I have an xserve that only has 1 ip in a data center, additionally I have dhcp access to the internet through my local cable company. I have another company that I do work for and they have just installed a firewall, since my ip changes periodically it can be an issue. So I figured I could setup a vpn connection to my xserve and then connect to the other company through the xserve. Only problem is I can't get routing through the server. I setup the vpn pptp on the xserve to issue me a private IP address 10.1.1.2 now how do I get it to route the traffic out its ethernet port? I haven't been able to figure it out, any ideas?

Where is the 10.1.1.2/x subnet anchored?

What's the routing tables say?
