Most definitely not.
Also, Mac OS X and Mac OS X Server is only legally licensed for use
on Apple-branded hardware.
Perhaps someday Apple will work to allow Mac OS X Server
virtualization on its own hardware...

This is just curiosity speaking, but what about virtual OSX boxes
running on Mac hardware. It seems like this would be a loop-hole but I
do not remember exactly what the license agreement states. It would be
nice if Apple would at least allow their Server OS to be virtualized.
I have spoken with a couple of different Apple executives (VP level)
at the last couple of WWDCs, and both said explicitly that they were
100% fine with virtualization of Mac OS X and/or Mac OS X Server on
Apple-branded hardware.
Unfortunately, both Parallels and VMware claim that their reading of
the current license agreement is that virtualization is prohibited,
even on Apple hardware, and therefore are not devoting any resources
to developing such a product.
After some back and forth, VMware ultimately said that while what
Apple VPs say on the subject is fine, they need Apple to change the
license agreement to explicitly *allow* virtualization. I'm not sure
if that's just an excuse or a legitimate concern or a combination of
the two. I had hoped (before it was known to not be the case) that
Leopard (or at least Leopard Server) itself would have some kind of
virtualization capability, but alas, it doesn't look like we'll get
virtualization of Mac OS X/Mac OS X Server anytime soon, even on
Apple hardware. :-/
