No it works just fine. We have several sites that use their own form
and just call out the mailman cgi for processing. It has the
advantage of working w/o any exec or sudo'ing security concerns.
Re-read what I said. I didn't say it didn't work. I said it wouldn't
work for what I needed.
I did read what you said:

And I responded, "No, it works just fine."
I did note that this wouln't help you, but it might be a lot easier
for the OP than writing a potentially less secure script.
