Uhm, even if it had, that would be largely irrelevant.

It would be completely relevant. It would mean that Apple already would have groundwork in Mach for exploiting extra instances of OS X. Extra instances would be... Virtual Machines running extra copies of OS X.


But let's stop flogging this horse. We all know that this is a requested feature but one w/o viable solution today.
