FWIW, Apple has SEs for non educational customers. Specifically business markets and government markets. I suspect that if someone would like to start working with one you can call the Apple Store for business: 1.800.854.3680 or education, or govt (http://www.apple.com/ r/store/government/)... and I'm sure they would be happy to work with you to figure out a system that best meets your needs up to and including having the appropriate SE or professional services visit your location.

Your best bet is to probably talk to whatever Apple technical representative you can get ahold of (I don't see you being at a university, so you wouldn't have the luxury of an Apple SE).
