Re: Vols missing.

New to this Apple list.
Every 7days (Mondays mostly) some of my clients can not login to the Server. It tells them that they were unable to find the home folder.
When I login to the server (ARD) I see that the Volume is not mounted ( not on the desktop). When I restart the server it will mount the volumes.
Sometimes it's home folder in Bay 2 and sometimes its' home folder in Bay 3.
Hard Drives are good.
O.S: 10.4.10
Processor: 2 X2 GHz Dual-Core Intel Xeon
Memory: 2GB
SAS: 3
Bay1 80GB: O.S
Bay2: 500 GB /Volumes/XXX/(inside here is half the home folders)
Bay3: 500 GB /Volumes/XXX/(inside here is the other half of the home folders)
I have all updates and firmware installed.

What kind of drives are these? I was not aware that Apple has 500GB SAS-drives as as option?

Best regards,

Jaco
