Respectfully, this isn't true.

There is a reason.

What do the logs say when this happens?  What are the symptoms, i.e. how do you know they're disconnecting and when they reconnect?  Are any other network services affected at the client workstation?  But most importantly, what do the logs on the client and the server (system, AFP, DS, etc.) when this happens?

And… if this started a couple of weeks ago but worked fine before them, what changed?
