Lion Server Admin Tools?

If I install : http://support.apple.com/kb/DL1419

on a Mac OS X Server 10.7 (Lion) computer then do I get all of the features that existed on 10.6.8 ? (specifically: DNS GUI).

Is there anything added, or anything taken away from 10.6.8 to 10.7 ? i.e: GUI tools - functionality wise, or is it just cosmetic?
