Under OSX none of those libraries exist. Will they ever exist?

No. For Carbon, all of the OT routines were rolled into CarbonLib itself. You should, however, be able to find the routines using GetSharedLibrary and FindSymbol. Just do a GetSharedLibrary on "CarbonLib" and a FindSymbol for "OTSndOrderlyDisconnect" and see what you get back. I know this will work on Mac OS 9. It should work for a CFM application on Mac OS X (but I haven't tested it). Let me know what results you get?

Ooops, someone pointed out to me [Thanks Eric!] that the fragment name for all the OT routines in Carbon is actually "Apple;Carbon;Networking". But the basic idea still applies.

As before, let us know whether it works out.
