undefined symbol in Accelerate framework

I've been using the 'Accelerate framework' in my app and this has been working fine. Today, I wanted to use the 'vImageConvert_16UtoPlanar8' routine within the framework and get a linker error when trying to build:

Undefined symbols:

_vImageConvert_16UtoPlanar8

Is this routine not really included within the framework or am I doing something wrong?

BTW... I just installed the Xcode 2.2 release and still get the error.
