Saturn?

I'm attempting to use Saturn to profile my app (built w/ Xcode 2.2.1 w/ -pg option on), but I am not seeing any symbols -- it's all hex.

When I use Shark or any other tool on the same executable, I can see symbols.

I've never used gprof before, so is there any other compiler setting or runtime environment variables I should be using to get the symbols to it?

And also, what are the benefits of using -finstrument-functions vs - pg? The documenation says the former adds prolog and epilog calls in every function, but I was sort of under the impression that -pg would do the same?
