task \"mail\" failed with status \"255\" on agent \"podcastsrv\"

Hi
I got some troubles with PcP. And, for the moment, I am very far from the automatic job completion I was looking for!
Whatever i could do, processing workflow stops with an error status 255 for mail task, at 87,5%
All workflows, whatever I could submit, are always done except sending mail to users.
I can alway see the resulting files, archive, streaming, MP4 encoded files and so on, in the blog, in the right directory. And can access these files by http on the wiki.
All is working fine but... I am never informed of that by mail :-)

I have started required mail services, and I use an external mail relay, which seems to be working fine, since I am able to send mail from my server, and i receive information by mail from xgrid contrroller about the different job status ("running" and ..."failed" as you can see below) .
I guess it could be authentication or access rights problems, but I am unable to find anywhere some agent side error lists , and especially this f.... "255" status code.
Could you help me?
