How to supply help document in CUPS?

Hi paul and all:

I have developed a non-ps raster printer driver using CUPS, and now I want to add help document to my driver.

As I knew, Mac OS X supply a help system by which the printer venders can override the default
behavior of the help button in a printing dialog. that is to say the developer can installs a help event handler
to their own PDE to display the help document to the users.

But I haven't developed any PDE in my driver, and my driver only include a PPD file and a filter, there also isn't
any carbon or cocoa application in my driver, it is just a simplest CUPS printer driver,
then how to associate the help document to my driver?

Should I must develop a PDE to display the help of my printer to the users? Or any other method?
