Getting printer information

Hi,

I am trying to get printer information like queue name
and which printer(IPAddress) is the queue pointing to
using Carbon framework API's in Mac OS X 10.1.
In Carbon frameworks API's for Mac OS X 10.1 there is
no support for functions like
PMPrinterGetDeviceURL() and
PMPrinterGetMakeAndModelName().
These API's are available in Carbon framework for
Jaquar(Mac OS X 10.2)
Is there any functions available for Mac OS X 10.1 in
Carbon frameworks to find the queue name and printer's
ip address?

An early response in this regard will be very
helpful.
