CUPS

I have enabled the CUPS printing on my PowerBook G4.

I am running 10.2.8

I have gone to interface IP address in my explorer and I can see the printers I have currently added on my machine, but when I try to add a windows printer on my school network - it does not print. It says the job is complete and looks as if it has printed it but nothing.

Can Anyone help?
