Re: Printing Services name changed between JagWire and Panther

Having installed the 7B85 version from the Developer site, my printing to a BSD lpd spool queue on another host has stopped working. The remote host doesn't log any error. The local Mac records (in the cups error_log)

I [24/Oct/2003:16:18:14 +1300] Started filter /usr/libexec/cups/filter/cgpdftops (PID 425) for job 202.
I [24/Oct/2003:16:18:14 +1300] Started filter /usr/libexec/cups/filter/pstops (PID 426) for job 202.
I [24/Oct/2003:16:18:14 +1300] Started backend /usr/libexec/cups/backend/lpd (PID 427) for job 202.
E [24/Oct/2003:16:18:15 +1300] Started backend /usr/libexec/cups/backend/lpd (PID 427) for job 202.
I [24/Oct/2003:16:18:15 +1300] Started backend /usr/libexec/cups/backend/lpd (PID 427) for job 202.
I [24/Oct/2003:16:18:15 +1300] Saving printers.conf...

and then the print queue is stopped.
