Impact/dotmatrix style printer follow-up

Hello and thanks to those who help redirect me for an impact-style printer solution for multi-layer form printing. I just received a tip from an old friend who focuses on document technology. He deals with a company (Kyocera.) It (the company) carries a new technology which will solve my particular problem. They make a laser machine with the capability of imprinting triplicate forms such as the ones I use. I have not witnessed the procedure yet, but this is very encouraging. It is mac OS X compatible and can be networked as well. Can't wait to check this out. I'll post my opinion as soon as I can give more solid evidence of this technology in action.
