Have you entered a bug report for this? It seems clear that it is a bug.
Assuming this is a bug, does anyone know if it will be fixed in 10.4.1?
Apparently, the recommended path to follow for printing extensions is to
write a plugin.
Would anyone happen to have a CodeWarrior 9 sample project?
Or information on how to properly set one up for CodeWarrior 9?
