Is there a defined max width for a page setup dialog?
I've got a Printing PlugIn, which is shows up with almost no problems
within the Page Setup dialog. The plugins prolog function is called and
returns 486 for the width & 362 for the height. The problem is that the
page setup dialog does not expand to the correct width.
Any ideas on why this might happen?
