I found following from web:
When printing to PostScript devices, you have a choice of using PostScript color management (called "In Printer"), or host-based color matching using ColorSync (called "Standard").

It seems that "In Printer" is only for PostScript drivers. In my Tioga driver, the "In Printer" is disable. So I have a problem, is "In Printer" only for PostScript drivers?
If not, hwo to enable the "In Printer" in my Tioga driver?

If you have a Tioga printer driver, the "In Printer" option should be disabled. This applies only to PostScript printing where there is a choice between doing the color matching on the host or doing color matching in the PostScript printer.
