Hi,
I 've been developing Mac Printer drivers for some time now (since Jaguar)
and when I built Tiger drivers from my old (= Panther) sources I got a build
warning:
ppdOpenCompiledPPDFromTicket is deprecated....
To get more info I opened PPDLib.h and found in the header of the file the
following message:
File Name: PPDLib.h
Contains: Deprecated PPDLib Interfaces. Use routines in libcups instead.
I searched through the documentation to find descriptions about how to use
libcups, but I did not find anything suitable.
Where can I find useable information?
Is sample code available?
Is the outputbins sample already ported to libcups?
If not, are there plans?
