ppc_intrinsics -- astrcmp misdefined?

This might be something I don't know, but I did just notice this when perusing through ppc_intrinsics for some optimizations.

"astrcmp" isn't defined with __ (as with all the other intrinsics.) Worse yet, using the inlined function actually throws an error. Maybe either (1) something I don't know or (2) this should be fixed for panther.

And get abs + fabs in there too :)
