Re: What Should I learn Before Cocoa?

Few things, Cocoa isn't a programming language, as you'll soon find.
Objective-C is a programming language. Cocoa is a collection of frameworks
constituting a development environment. Very handy stuff, but what you're
learning is Objective-C.

I highly recommend that you learn vanilla C before starting with Cocoa. You
can probably learn both concurrently as well. You might also want to look at
some other object oriented languages as well: Python, Java, and a billion
others that wouldn't be too hard to find. There are some quintessential
things that can be learned in any one and are shared between them.
