Anyone able to build ScsiOldAndNew under any 10.3 seed?

Maybe I'm missing a setting or something. I still can't get

http://developer.apple.com/samplecode/Sample_Code/Devices_and_Hardware/IOKit/SCSIOldAndNew.htm

to build on the latest 10.3 seed available to me (= the latest seed available
to ADC members).

XCODE is set to "cross-develop using target SDK: MacOSX 10.2.7".

Compiler gets 8 errors, 2 warnings, all in "oldmethod.h", one error being
"IOkit/cdb/IOSCSILib.h: No such file or directory."

IOSCSIlib.h is physically within the MacOS 10.2.7.sdk but is apparently not
being found by the compiler.

Problem has been reported via Apple Bug Reporter, #3336786.

If anyone can get this sample to build under any 10.3 seed, please let me know
and let me know what steps are needed for success beyond downloading the
sample, double-clicking the pbproj, answering "yes" when ProjectBuilder asks to
convert the project, doing a Get Info on the project and specifying
"cross-developing using target SDK:Mac OSX 10.2.7".

(Note: 10.3, the existence of XCODE, the existence of the cross-development
feature in XCODE, and the sample code above have all been publicly disclosed by
Apple. Reply offlist if you think your reply contains information inappropriate
for a public list).
