Lost Documentation Contextual Help in Project

I recently lost the ability to contextually access the cocoa
documentation from within PB in a project.

- The classes tab only shows my classes.
- I am unable to opt double click cocoa class references and get the
html documentation
- I tried rebuilding the pbhelp using the indexer
- I cleaned and reindexed the project

I've searched the archives but to no avail.

Is there a solution to get this fixed?
