Hi list,


My project has become so big that I find hard to deal with it. Roughly speaking, my app can be described as follows:

1- a set of basic functionalities I wrapped into a framework to be used by plugins and the rest of the app
2-a a text editor
2-b a PDF viewer
3- an overall controller that puts things together

1+2-a and 1+2-b can be made standalone applications.

Actually, I have different targets in one monolithic project. I would like to have instead different projects to work with only parts of the app at a time

project 1: part 1
project 2-a: parts 1+2-a
project 2-b: parts 1+2-b
project 3: all parts

What should I do to have things well integrated?


Another question is about locales. I used PB to add locales variants but it is hard to manage updates/modifications.
Maybe it is more efficient to to add a copy file build phase to all the .lproj and let other people create the .lproj the right way (maybe using another project?)
