This book should teach you the basics of How To Use Interface Builder/Project
Builder (err... Xcode).

But, I don't know how much it focuses on learning programming from a beginner's
standpoint, or Objective-C. By the time I had heard of that book, I had learnt
it all myself.

The Anguish/Buck/Yackman book is more advanced. Get this after you've got a good
grip on the basics of How Cocoa Works.

Check the archives - this question comes up about every 2-3 weeks I think.
