Problem with Xcode Cocoa-Document application

Hello all,

I have read many discussions about changing the class name of MyDocument
and then the application fails with "Can't Create New Document" and how
you fix it in the plist.

However, if just create a brand new document based program with Xcode,
it runs fine in the debugger - but when I run it directly by double
clicking on it you get the infamous "Can't Create New Document" even
without any changes to the class names.

Is this a bug in Xcode and does anyone know a way around it, if not I
will have to go back to ProjectBuilder 2002.
