Dynamically Generating ExportClasses in a IBPalette

I have an IBPalette that presents a dynamic list of NSView classes to the
user. I won't know until runtime what views the palette will contain but
unfortunately the ExportClasses record in the palette.table file is static
and is defined at build-time.

is it possible to provide the info that would normally go into my
palette.table file dynamically via an API? I've had a look at all the
classes accessable to me from my IBPalette but couldn't find anything seemed
to fit this purpose.
