Hi, has anyone experimented with producing red/cyan 3D anaglyph
video / images with quartz composer?
I think it will do the color separations/tinting and the
compositing of the frames with an offset really easily.
Quartz Composer recognises two iSight cameras and I am now trying
to do the channel chops to overlay tints cyan / red edges and
buffer a copy of one image to be either a full colour / monochrome
image.
What do the graphic specialists here think the best approach would
be (for performance):
(1) Blending modes?
(2) a Kernel - I am sure a kernel could do the business in one hit,
but I am relatively new to that and will explore that approach.
(3) Using the Color Matrix patch?
Does anyone have any techniques / approaches?
I'd just use the color matrix, and the "add" blending mode.
Now I want to borrow another iSight and try it out!
