I have small question. Is possible to view web content in QuartzComposer, like WebView?

No

Maybe somebody know something about performance (any tests etc.), what is better for MacMini.

1. separate windows: one with QuickTime Movie and another window with QCView (news - scrolling text)

or

2. one window with QCView (QuartzComposition inside)
