Ability to change between two string printers

Hello,

I am making some headway on my Flickr / Quartz Composer screensaver project - and could use a little advice...

Thanks to David and some of my own hacking I now have a php URL that parses a flickr XML feed based on the URL that is called and outputs an RSS feed that Quartz composer can work with.  When I call the URL using the Quartz Composer 'RSS Feed' patch I am able to create a screensaver.... 

But, my goal is to allow the user some interaction.

Examples:

http://aloi.org/flickr/flickrxml.php?user=-Aloi-

This URL returns a RSS feed containing images from the flickr user "-Aloi-" (me)

http://aloi.org/flickr/flickrxml.php?tag=apple

This URl returns a RSS feed containing images from the flickr database tagged with "apple"

Now to the tricky part..

I have a string printer patch combining the following:

http://aloi.org/flickr/flickrxml.php?user=

and

-Aloi- (example username)

This works!!!

But, how can I create this ability:

User Inputs:

either (username) or (tag)

I can do one or the other, but can't seem to figure out how to apply some type of 'enable' element to the composition.

Anyone have any thoughts?
