The "nearly" OpenGL coordinate system is quite tricky when it comes to absolute positionning.
The attached compo will do the job you're looking for
It looks a bit heavy for such a common task, but to that's the best way i've found.

Another thing you can do is use the 3D Transformation macro patch to translate everything by Witdth / 2 and Height / 2 to put the referential origin at the lower-left corner for example

Then put your Sprite and Billboard patches inside 3D Transformation
