One thing that has me thoroughly confused is that many of the
screen savers creations render fine within QC (see sample
attached), but as soon as I activate it as a screen saver sometimes
shows up as distorted (looks like rectangular blocks staggered
across the screen), garbled and generally unusable. (I'm unable to
grab a screen shot of this behavior as it happens only when the
screen saver is active.) I've not found a pattern as to when this
occurs, but it does not happen all the time. If it does happen, I
just wake up the saver, then activate it again and it disappears.
Any thoughts on things I'm doing wrong? This even happens with
simple examples I've included here.
Does the problem happen when you go full-screen in Quartz Composer?
Does it happen in the preview area of the Screen Savers panel - if
yes, you should take a screenshot of it?
