Hello ! Hi just post here for present me as a "new" user of Quartz
Composer, and for asking some question.
(just a little thing I made with Quartz Composer : http://

(it's really ugly and unusefull thing and don't have powerful
CoreImage things, since my poor iBook G4 don't have the needed
powerful graphic card.. ))
So,
I'm experienced in "patch-based" programming (with software like
PureData, Max/MSP) they don't have some of the powerful of QC and the
ease of use, but QC seem to lack some useful things.
Why does it have input sound, input midi, but no output ?
It have a Bonjour/RendezVous browsing include, but for what ? I can't
play my shared iTunes music with, nor even get the shared music
titles (this is only an exemple, Zeroconf can do more than iTunes
sharing I know but the preconfigured parameters search for iTunes
share.)
So what can I do with ? Nothing useful I think..
In the patch library those who start with a small dot are linked with
CoreImage no ?
