stopwatch setting 0 vs. 0.1 and playback in QC vs. QT vs. iTunes

Hi there,
Just thought I'd point out a little something that I found annoying, it seems to be inconsistent playback behavior.
Apologies if it has already been pointed out (I am running 10.4.8, Macbook 2GHz Intel Core Duo, 1GB RAM, iTunes 7.0.2(15)).

The I make a little text blur-in macro that uses a conditional between a time patch and a stopwatch, to delay the
time which the text appears (i.e. a value of 2 seconds will make text blur in at 2 seconds into the patch time).

One would expect that if I set the value to 0, the text should blur in as soon as the patch is started..which is exactly
what happens in QC and QT.  But if I import the QT file into iTunes, it takes a while for the text to come in.

Changing the setting to 0.1 (as opposed to 0) gives consistent behavior in all playbacks.

I've attached an archive which has the corresponding .qtz and .mov files, please import the qt
files into iTunes to see the effect.
