| One idea would be to modulate the patch time based on the duration of the previous movie. When a patch is passed a negative patch time it will floor at zero, so the movie will not play until the patch time is positive. This composition demonstrates that, but it's not very scalable. Hopefully it will help you think in a non cyclic way at least. |
