Thank you for your response, but I what I am trying to do is save
an image from WITHIN the Quartz Composition itself (this would be
the analog of "import image from file").
It doesn't appear that this is possible.
The basic idea is that I would import an image in QC, modify it in
some way, then write the modified image back to disk.
You cannot write to disk within QC for security reasons.
