Re: Save image to disk with QC?



For security reasons you cannot write an image to disk from within a composition.  
What you can do is make this image available on a published output port via and access this from an application.

Thank you for your response, but I what I am trying to do is save an image from WITHIN the Quartz Composition itself (this would be the analog of "import image from file").

It doesn't appear that this is possible.

The basic idea is that I would import an image in QC, modify it in some way, then write the modified image back to disk.

Thank you for any pointers...
