That's not describing the behaviour I experienced.
I get a reasonable rendering of your patch, as a matter of fact, if I remove the interpolation then
there is no "blank screen" at all.
Once I save the patch--the graphics grow quite different (bizarre) upon re-opening it (even without
the interpolation patch).
I don't know whether the values you've supplied are relevant to this behaviour.
Before going further with speculation, is this what you're experiencing re: saving and re-opening?
