Re: Sample code required for Sequence Grabber Channel Component

Hi Kevin,
This is what I need to do . I need to capture the video and audio channel from a FireWire Camera and need to modify it before giving it to applications . In other words my code should lie between the camera and different applications and form a layer . I don't want to go down to the driver level because if I write a Sequence Grabber Channel component which captures the default component and delegates , it would be much easier as Quick Time does lot of work for me. I was planning to do my modifications in the DataProc . I hope my approach is correct.
That is why I need some working sample code for a Sequence Grabber Channel Component for OSX.

Thanks in advance,
Sobin

Hi,

I am having some trouble in getting my component to work on OSX and it would be great if I could compare with some "Carbonised" reference code .

Why are you doing this? Are you capturing something other than video or audio?
