siClientAcceptsVBR

I have an application that decodes and renders QT audio tracks.

In the latest Developer Documentation PDF under "Whats new in QuickTime
6->VBR Sound Compression Support" there is mention of an
siClientAcceptsVBR selector as an argument to the
SoundConverterSetInfo() function. Where is this defined ? Presumably I
need also a new build of qtmlclient.lib before I can use any of this
stuff ??
