QTPro transcode avi to 3g2 with movie fragment feature, but crash after the first fragment, why?

Hi,

I use QTPro 6.5 to transcode a .avi to a .3g2 with movie fragment feature,but my A5504T mobile phone crashes after the first fragment,why? I tried two time: (1)I set the fragment to be 15 seconds, then several seconds my A5504T crashes. (2) I set the fragment to be 150 seconds, then several minutes my A5504T crashes.

But if I use ulead video toolbox 1.5 to transcode a .avi to a .3g2, everything is OK.

Do you have similar experience? Any suggestions to fix the bug? Thanks very much!
