volume setting

Hi!

I need some help about volume setting. Whenever I set the volume with SetDefaultOutputVolume with some value and right after that I call GetDefaultOutputVolume, the value will be different. We're using 16 levels (0 to 15) like the levels that are already set with the volume up/down on the keyboard so this makes it kinda hard to know where the volume should be since the value is changing constantly. Is this by design or it's me that is doing something wrong?
