How does an app/network listen for QT's debugstr ?

How is debugstr transmitted  by QT ?

Is debugstr being sent out on a localhost network port ?
Can another app that is not 'containing' a QT movie listen for it ?

I want to augment a  background app with this 'listening' capability.

Is this possible ?
