re: FireWire DV PAL VOC interrupting FireWire audio interface + crashes

A couple of additional notes:

The behavior previously described can be reproduced using the SimpleVideoOut sample code project.

The behavior only manifests itself if the external audio interface is connected. It's difficult to tell if problems occur if the interface is not in use.

With NTSC, no problems. With PAL and no external FireWire audio interface, no problems. So, it's only PAL + external interface which demonstrates the issue.
