Re: Determining what pixelformat to use in QTNewGWorld

Just to complete this discussion there are a few documents worth going over.

How can I verify that a movie can actually draw into a non-RGB GWorld?

How can I find out what non-RGB pixel formats a codec supports?

Rendering in Y'CbCr

While I don't think we've ever specifically mentioned order of preference in a 'cpix' resource, I believe it's ok to say non-RGB pixel formats should be listed in order of preference.

regards,
edward
