Hi,

I have a problem when I am trying to add MetaData to a movie file. All MetaData API I am using works fine and returns no error. To find out if the metadata has been added, I am querying the movie list (QTMetaDataGetNextItem) and it returns the metadata item I just added. The problem is when I am closing the file and open it again (with QuickTime) to examine the metadata just been added and none is present. I am also using the sample code project QTMetaData to dump the metadata and nothing is present.

Beside QTMetaDataAddItem, is there another API call I should make to commit the changes to the movie file? Is there a code example available that shows how to add metadata to an existing movie file ?
