I am having a problem when playing back media that is encoded using
FFmpeg and streamed from QTSS. I am using a QTMovieView to view the
video, which works fine except if I start playback from somewhere
other than the start of the file. I get a screen full of green until
the next key frame is reached. I am PrePreRolling and PreRolling the
media before I begin the playback, but it doesn't help. I thought
that maybe I needed to use GetMovieNextInterestingTime() to find the
nearest key frame, but I can't seem to get it to work.
Can anyone point me in the right direction?
