I'm getting a report from a user that SGSettingsDialog opens at a size too
large to fit on a 800 x 600 monitor. The Okay and Cancel buttons are not
visible, so it is rather baffling at first how to get rid of it. He claims
smallest size it will go to is 923x706, though I haven't confirmed. Is
there some way to make it smaller? Only thing I can think of is to call
MoveWindow, to make sure lower right corner is on screen, but that is also
disturbing when window title bar is not visible.
